Friday - Saturday - Sunday
You may wish to participate on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you book all three days, then there is no fee for Friday. You are not required to be open the entire time, but the fee still remains despite the hours you stay open.
Food vans will set up in the Airlie Beach carpark across the footbridge and are required to bring their own source of power.
On site security, will enable you to leave your van overnight. However, you cannot camp on site.
Please ensure you have a food license and insurance to set up your van. Please complete the application below.
